Bluehost的ssh是免费的，但默认是没有开通，你要开通，需你提交身份证件（驾照，护照，或身份证），一般提交身份证即可开ticket或发邮件，附件中放你的身份证扫描或复印件。

给大家个范本，你可以按这个发送邮件或ticket，申请开通Bluehost ssh。

一般发邮件，几小时BLUEHOST就回复了,有时发了身份证，还会出现下面情况。

I’ve already send a copy my Chinese id card.
So that means that I don’t have the right? what a pity.
uploading files via ftp is so slow, I want to zip it and then unzip it in shell.
